AI Engineering Lead / Tech Lead

We want someone who spends an hour reasoning with Claude or GPT about architecture trade-offs before writing a single line of code, and then ships cleaner, faster, more maintainable systems because of it.

Compensation: market competitive.

Hours: 11 AM to 8 PM.

Work week: rotatable Sunday through Thursday to align with Saudi clients.

• Own the technical architecture of client and internal projects from day one.
• Lead planning sessions with AI models (Claude, GPT, etc.) to design systems and validate approaches before execution.
• Coordinate and mentor a team of developers: review work, unblock them, keep delivery on track.
• Translate business requirements into clean, scalable technical solutions.
• Set engineering standards for AI-assisted tooling.
• Communicate directly with international clients on calls, docs, and email.

• Strong ReactJS experience in production: components, state, performance.
• Proven architectural thinking. Plans and reasons before coding.
• Claude Code (Max) and Cursor daily. Understands skills, memory, sub-agents, and MCP servers. Bonus for building your own skills.
• AI-workflow fluency across prompting approaches, planning loops, and agentic workflows.
• Ownership mindset and multi-developer coordination.
• Excellent English, spoken and written. Non-negotiable.

• Next.js in production (SSR, app router, deployment).
• TypeScript, Tailwind, modern React ecosystem.
• Node.js or backend experience for full-stack ownership.
• GitHub or portfolio with Claude Code skills, agents, or AI-assisted projects.
