AI-Native Developer

English is the first filter. Everything else is second. We work with international clients, so if your English (spoken and written) is not confident and clear, this role is not for you. Minimum 3 to 6 months of real coding experience required.

Compensation: market competitive.

Hours: 11 AM to 8 PM.

Work week: rotatable Sunday through Thursday to align with Saudi clients.

• Work on live client and internal projects under a Team Lead.
• Build features in React (and Next.js where applicable) or backend services, depending on the project.
• Use AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor) daily: planning, scaffolding, debugging, refactoring.
• Participate in code reviews and team planning sessions.
• Own small-to-medium tasks end to end.

• Strong English, confident spoken and written. First filter, non-negotiable.
• 3 to 6 months of real coding experience minimum. Internship, freelance, open source, or job as long as you have shipped something real.
• Active AI-coding workflow. Daily use of Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or ChatGPT. Able to explain how you prompt and plan.
• JavaScript / TypeScript and React fundamentals: components, state, props.
• Ownership and curiosity. Debug before asking. Ask good questions when you need help.

• Next.js, Tailwind, Node.js.
• Flutter, Laravel, or Python (we have live projects in these too).
• GitHub or portfolio.
• Any custom Claude Code skill, Cursor workflow, or agent you have built or seriously experimented with.
